Okay, got it escalated over the phone. They're willing to take the packages back but said the clawback on the price match won't be changed because it was originally done in error. I asked them to read the memos on the account and they verified that it said they were to be price matched but "this was prior to getting notice that Tiger Direct's pricing was in error so we are removing all price matches for items that were price matched to them over the weekend." She then said if I wanted she can see what their current prices are and if it's better she can price match those but I reiterated that the purchase was contingent upon the original agreement. She said I can either take it to a local AAFES store to return or reject the package (return to sender) but that no changes will be made with regards to the purchase price and it's up to me whether I want to keep it for $449 or not.

What makes me the most salty is I verified everything was good right before they shipped it. The guy who verified the info and said it was in correctly is even the one who pushed it to shipping and said we were good to go. It wasn't until yesterday that they appear to have changed the price (and it was shipped two days ago). So they changed it WHILE it was in transit... and on the phone all the lady said was that she's sorry but that in case of mistakes they have the right to make changes without prior notification. Doesn't really instill confidence in me using ShopMyExchange in the future. I'd rather them cancel it or send a notice or anything, not just do a silent/ghost update to the pricing. Only realized because the charge was finalized with the bank today and had the full price.

Was your pm from a phone call that bb had to email you an invoice that you have to pay the total or was it the refund email type?

Yeah, if you paid during the pm at that price then bb should not have charge more afterwards. Pretty sure cc company agrees.

I think he's using AAFES, not BB. but point taken, they shouldn't have the right to tweak the charge without buyer's authority.
