I bought 1x of the M1 (by mistake) and 1x of the M2

No option to cancel the former. Their chat bot is down, their customer service doesn't connect. Ugh, now I am sweating bullets.

Thought would be a neat gift for my wife on Valentine's Day. But I might have gifted my credit card information to TigerDirect instead
