Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

This probably makes sense but if your intention is to go to Mcdonalds and spend $10 to the $5, to make it 50% off deal, you are in for a lot of pain as you will have to probably deal with CSR later begging for them to give you the $5 which they can easily refused based on their fine print.
you're a "glass half empty" kinda guy, aren't you?
Obviously I cant guarantee it but for purposes of this offer I believe fast food locations will count towards the offer, I think if they wouldn't quailify you would see it as part of the fine print and all I see is this
You said it right there, they key word here is "restaurant". All Im trying to say is that McDonalds is specifically categorized as merchant type = Fast Food so technically it is not a restaurant. Better proceed with caution here especially for those with multiple cards that has this offer. It will be wise to try with 1 card first before going all in with all the other cards.

It's still not a bad idea to give it a try with a $10 gift card, if it works good, if it doesn't not a big loss
11/13 have this offer, if included UberEats, I will reload credit to the account spend later
The terms clearly say this twice: Offer expires 2/28/2023. Offer valid one time only. Payment must be made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on third-party delivery services. Payment must be made on or before offer expiration date. Must make payment directly with the merchant. $5 cash back will be processed within 14 business days of your purchase. The merchant must be classified as a restaurant for purposes of this offer to qualify. Purchases may not qualify if they are charged by a merchant other than the restaurant. Some merchants that sell food do not qualify, such as candy stores, nut stores, confectionery stores, dairy product stores, bakeries, delis, beer/wine/liquor stores, and butchers. Food delivery merchants will qualify if they classify as a restaurant. Chase cannot guarantee the delivery of alerts for this offer.
If you want to risk it with a reload, you're not going to be out any money, really. But it's almost certainly not going to work since the charge will clearly come from uber and not a restaurant.
One time per product or person/household. Because I was able to successfully activate for each card. If you could share your source, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Read the terms and there doesn't appear to be an redemption exclusions indicating that it's one per person/household.

I have it on all 4 of my chase cards (freedom, CSP, hyatt, amazon) - hoping to get $5 off 4x
