Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

Anyone knows for sure the credit triggers after a say, McDonald's or Subway purchase? I understand the whole restaurant vs fast food debacle. Are we all waiting for the 2 week wait period stated in the terms to know for sure?
Went to Panchero's today (similar to chipotle or Moe's) I ordered in person and got a double steak burrito, chips and 2 cups of queso for $12.71. I will update as soon as I know something.
Chase online shows transaction as "merchant type: fast food" and method "in person".
I wonder the $5 off offer may not be triggered in restaurants (dine-in or to-go) who use online ordering systems with third-party apps. There are quite a lot of Asian restaurants here in Bay Area Peninsula and South Bay used online ordering/paying apps because they don't have enough staffs or simply cost cutting for serving customers.
From their website. "This category's merchants' primary business is sit-down or eat-in dining, including fast food restaurants and fine dining establishments. Merchants that sell food and drinks located within facilities such as sports stadiums, hotels and casinos, theme parks, grocery and department stores will not be included in this category unless the merchant has set up such purchases to be classified in a restaurant category. Bakeries, caterers, meal kit delivery services, and gift card merchants are not included in the category. Delivery and takeout services will be included if they classify as a restaurant merchant."
Chase can be a real PIA with their redemptions on cash-back. I've had very straightforward CB offers that they didn't honor (e.g. 10% off at Office Depot) without my chasing them down. I wouldn't put too much effort into this one.
