Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes

Chase can be a real PIA with their redemptions on cash-back. I've had very straightforward CB offers that they didn't honor (e.g. 10% off at Office Depot) without my chasing them down. I wouldn't put too much effort into this one.
I agree. I've also had very simple and straightforward offers with Chase that they never credit. In my experience it's been like 50/50 if they credit offers when you meet the terms.

Wow, interesting to hear this about Chase. I had no issues with the 10% offers at Office Depot until my purchase last month, which did not trigger despite me getting the notification email immediately. I submitted a ticket last week so we'll see what happens.

They are so annoying inconsistent. I now take screen shots of the offer being added to my account before using it.
I have 7 chase accounts, so when those office depot offers hit it's pretty sweet. I usually buy gas cards and/or Amazon currency.
Marcos Pizza shows as a restaurant on my Chase bill. Panera comes up as fast food, go figure. Chase has been very inconsistent when it comes to cash back for me. I did my taxes yesterday and they sent me an email a couple hours later regarding the $10 cash back on TurboTax. Other times it does not trigger the CB on an offer. Nice to have it on two of my cards. Thanks OP.
