Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

sometimes even though multiple cards have offer, it only works once across all cards and wanted to make sure this offer works once per card (that had the offer added)?
Can we get a list of establishments coded as "Restaurant"? I don't use my Chase cards much for dining because the Citi Costco card is usually better.
Has anyone reloaded their gift card balance and triggered this, such as a Starbucks reload?
Most of the actual restaurants wont qualify for this offer as they are coded fast food chains. When it comes to gift cards its 100% certain they wont be eligible as most of the restaurant gift cards are sold by third party companies, which will come up as totally different category in credit card transaction.
Did anyone get $5 credit yet? If someone did then we know the offer didn't trigger at fast good places.
i haven't received any credit on 3 of the 3 cards i've used it on. i went to small retaurant businesses near me. none of my cards have closed statements though so maybe it will reflect after it close billing cycles idk.

I haven't used this offer yet, but I was looking at the chase site and found this.
Dining/Restaurants
This category's merchants' primary business is sit-down or eat-in dining, including fast food restaurants and fine dining establishments. Merchants that sell food and drinks located within facilities such as sports stadiums, hotels and casinos, theme parks, grocery and department stores will not be included in this category unless the merchant has set up such purchases to be classified in a restaurant category. Bakeries, caterers, meal kit delivery services, and gift card merchants are not included in the category. Delivery and takeout services will be included if they classify as a restaurant merchant.
I went to Jersey Mikes and its coded as "Food and Drink" so I would think that would go thru. There are no "Restaurants" in the coding drop down fwiw
In the category it says Food and Drink, but if you drill down (click on the actual transaction) to view more details, there is a "Merchant Type". For my local Jersey Mikes at least, it is coded as a merchant type of "Fast Food".
