ok, I got some news.
I just was able to get someone on chat at TigerDirect,

Please call our Credit Team to verbally confirm your order. The number to call is 800 682 1042. Thank you

I then called the number , and person said there is problem with apple product (wrong pricing?) , and you have to call C.S. and she transfered me, and nobody is picking up yet.

... 10 minutes later, someone picks up.

They told me they had problems over the weekend with wrong prices on website, and ALL those orders will be cancelled. I told him how are we to trust your site to buy anything, and he said give us a call to check the price on their site is correct.

I told him many people are wondering why didn't you cancel everybody, if you know they are cancelled. He said we are working on it.

p.s. Seeing I am getting some thumbs down for posting my experience, ... are you downvoting the message or trying to KILL the Messenger. Smilie

In case you were not aware the 12.9 has a much better display than the 11"... is has mini LED backlighting with much higher nits in XDR mode...

I called as well and it was a man, Justin I think, he said that they aren't pricematching TD anymore. I'm almost 99% sure that this was an email blast to the entire department that they can't PM them anymore. Good luck, but odds are it's too late and we missed the window.

Spoken with three different Best Buy reps via chat and one via phone, none of which will Price Match TD right now.
"Currently we're unable to price match any Apple products with TigerDirect while we seek verification that these are valid price matches under our policy. I apologize for any inconvenience. Is there anything else that I can help you out with today?"
The previous two chat reps both told me they were not able to price match this item because they found it was shipped from "a third-party warehouse." I reached out to TD and they confirmed it was sold and shipped by TD first-party. I forwarded this on to the third chat rep who told me there was nothing they could do.

Denied price match at Best Buy as well. Their reason was that it was a 3rd party seller even though it isn't. Gave up arguing about it-- pretty clear that they're not matching anymore.
