My purchase is still showing pending with my credit card company. I chatted with Tiger Direct today & asked why it was still pending when the order was cancelled on Monday. They told me debit card orders take longer to process refunds. I didn't pay with a debit card, I paid with credit. So the CS agent gave me the number for TD's credit processing department. I thought I'd share if anyone else would like to contact them:

The agent at the credit processing department wasn't particularly helpful, to be honest. She told me it would take 24-48 hours for the cancellation & refund to reflect. So, I asked her when the cancellation was processed. She said Monday. That's over 48 hours ago. She said she'll escalate it & look into it. I think that was just to get me off the phone. If my purchase is still pending on Monday, I'll be calling back. Maybe someone here can have better luck or if enough of us call maybe they'll process the returns to stop the calls. 🤷🏻
PS Please don't be rude to whoever you talk to. Even though this whole thing is a clusterf*ck, it's not the customer service agents fault.
In a year from now, it will be Deja Vu time. The exact same thing is going to happen again.
There will be a thread posted for a new TD deal, with a price that is too good to be real, and many people will go ahead and order it anyway.
And when 99.9% of them get cancellations, there will no doubt be a few butt hurt and entitled people and I'll probably be reading that thread too, primarily as a source of entertainment.
When next time hits BB is not pm to TD anymore though.

Appreciate this as I'm in the same boat. No cancelation email and an outstanding charge on my credit card. Same bs excuse of allowing a processing time when it typically goes through quickly on a hold charge.
