I got it in NY. Receipt shows 199.99 - 130.00. tax is on the full 199 though. So total was 87.24 which is pretty good with the sensor.... And national grid should rebate me another $75

Do these things have the ability to run a scheduled program at certain temps or do they just try and learn and run when it thinks you want it to be warmer or colder?
EDIT: Looks like you can turn the learning feature off and follow a fixed schedule.

assume this is regional based on utility but stopped by a Long Island (National Grid and PSEG region) Costco yesterday and the bundle was $109 (on the display and at the register, $239 -130 discount).

Probably not, actually. I was looking into smart thermostats before finally deciding on an Ecobee and in many cases retailers are just rolling the $75 rebate as an instant rebate during the checkout process. When I did buy my Ecobee Home Depot had a clearance on the 5th gen version with the temp sensor - it came out to be like just under $70 after tax. When I tried to apply the $75 rebate from ComEd it wouldn't work

Which Costco store? I checked both LI and nyc, it's $199.
I brought one yesterday at Oceanside, NY as well and it was $110. My receipt say $240 subtract $130 rebate. The sign also say the expiration is at the end of May and limit 1. You actually have to checkout to see the physical price. Some places doesn't post the rebate like another I brought in Rego Park.
