The "Free Gift" is assigned a value at checkout, which is discounted off of the rest of the purchase. So your cart will show the battery costing ~$80 and the rest costing $141. But you can only get them together. After returning the "free" battery, you're refunding the value they assigned it at checkout.

@Nightauthor:
I do not see any point presenting it as *free* battery, you need to pay $77.10 for it. Then you are returning it to get money back for this free item? It's discounted, not free.

I called HD, it's like Nightauthor explained.
It's an assigned value for the checkout purposes. A new concept for me.

20v or 18v is generally the same. 20v is max power vs more consistent output at 18v. For big power draws you'd want 18v.
