I have worked on the Grainger industrial show (their annual convention) for several years. When Covid hit and things closed down, they did the right thing and cancelled their convention. They also asked us to bill them for the scheduled hours that we would have worked on their show.

Grainger takes care of their employees--even the freelance ones!

Yea Ma and Pa at 15 BILLION 24,000 Employees. If you put a price for something and sell it to them honor it instead of tying up someones money for a week just to tell them to screw off we made a mistake.

Mistakes happen. When you placed your order, you agreed to their terms of sale [grainger.com], which include:

If the terms of sale were unacceptable to you, you should not have ordered from them.
