150 calories is not so bad, or you mean the ingredients? I don't see anything really unhealthy.
Also, really bad for your teeth, since who is going to brush right after eating this since I want to enjoy the taste not immediately wash it off, right?

This is one of life's joys that I think everyone should experience once.

Totally unhealthy, but with 15% s&s it's $7.72 for 30 bags of great memories for me. Can't beat that.

FYI the "prizes" have been significantly downgraded in recent years. They include things like stickers, or a QR code to unlock some digital content or something. I've been disappointed in every prize I've seen from these in the last 10 years. I think they're all paper now.
My guess is they got tired of being sued by people choking on a whistle thinking it was a jack.

Hmm, price history sites show this price for the last several months. What am I missing that makes this a front-page deal? Is it that the Subscribe & Save is back in stock?

I agree these are delicious and everyone should enjoy these once in a while. But it's their sugar content that is scary. The first ingredient is sugar and one small pack contains 34% of daily sugar - three of these packs will provide 100% of daily sugar! Frankly, high sugar is more dangerous than high calories.

I agree
Yeah and I used to get them for a nickle a box. Still this price isn't too bad considering most everything is at least 10 times what it was back then. laugh out loud

I used to buy the small box from the groceries store growing up. A childhood fav. Probably the cause of all my cavities.

$0.30 per bag.

IDK what else is $0.30 per bag snack today, so a SLICK DEAL indeed!

Keep 'em coming!
Still yeah. 0.30 is good fillers for goodie bags since to me these are also prizes lol.
We been buying box of UTZ at BJs 42ct is $15.49 making it like $0.36 a bag.
You can still get UTZ for under $0.30 afaik. Just ordered a box off amazon of 60ct bbq at almost $0.26 per 1oz bag.

tbh that's exactly what I'm sad about. the "prizes". Back in the day I love getting little plastic things or pencil toppers. These days it's just some cheap paper printout thing. I'd be happy if it were stickers or temp tattoos like they also used to put in there iirc.

Yes that was what I was going to say, in the 70's the prizes were doodads, whistles, plastic things you assemble, and I think a joke or something on the paper envelope that contained it. Later it was like stickers, paper puzzle pieces (4 piece), really terrible crap.

Fascinating, in that case brushing teeth before going to bed is pointless. So those food particles, pieces of peanuts, etc can just stay there and you'll be fine, and as long as you don't brush after eating, we're all doomed?
What's fascinating to me is that some people don't know that it's the acid that bacteria produce from eating the sugar that actually causes tooth decay. 🤨

Nah not all food will cause tooth decay that's silly. It's mostly refined carbs and starches that will do it. Humans didn't have a lot of tooth decay (not to be confused with tooth loss) until fairly recently when we got our hands on refined sugar, processed flour, and other refined carbs. A bigger issue with not brushing/flossing is gum disease which eventually leads to teeth falling out.
I think main issue is the decay, not falling out. Some people can brush all they want and still get decay/cavity while others rarely brush and have huge build up on their teeth and don't get any cavities. There has to be something either in their saliva or they are just immune to it.

Have you seen the amount of sugar in Coke or even worse other drinks like Dr Pepper, Fanta, etc..

So if we gargle with high alcohol content mouthwash after eating, there shouldn't be any cavity since it will kill all the bacteria?
