Not quite but close. I'm a big guy, 3x is a loose, comfortable fit on me. I ordered 5x last time this jacket hit SD because someone in the comments mentioned it runs small. The 5x is tight on me.

I will say the jacket looks good, doesn't feel cheap and is very warm. If you can decipher your size it's a good deal.

I wouldn't buy clothes from woot. I bought 3 pairs of jogger pants in the fall, and they disintegrated faster then edible under panties.
