The series 3 is painfully slow now and the screen won't fit all the new complications. Do yourself a favor and pass on it and get the next step up or keep saving.

It says black stainless steel, but the green also says green stainless steel… I think this is an error. More likely aluminum

Edit: I might be wrong here, picture shows SS model for black

I have owned a Series 3 for a while. There was a period where it was stupid slow, and required a full reset almost every update. However, it's been pretty great since WatchOS 8. I mostly use it for notifications, music and tracking my runs/workouts. It is definitely a useable smartwatch, but I agree that I wouldn't recommend someone buy it today. The main drawback is that it only has 8 GB of storage, and the OS / built in apps take up 5 GB. If you do not plan to use anything other than basic features, though, it's perfectly fine.

Agree, also my v3 complained about app space since it only came with 8gb of space so can't put as many apps. Got the v6 on sale with 32gb of space and still working great.

I feel completely the opposite. I bought the Walmart brand new series 7 gps+cellular for $279 but I'm satisfied with my series 4, so I'm returning that. Unless Apple release an update that slowed series 4 or mine gone broken, I will not upgrade lol
