I'm glad you mentioned this, I couldn't figure out what happened. I purchased an item that was $24.99, sale price of $17.99 and 30% $2.40, bringing total cost to $15.59. I used $10 Kohls cash so I paid $5.59 on my kohls charge. There is no tax on clothes in my county in NY so that doesn't factor in. I took the item back today and received only $15.17 which is $0.42 less than what I paid. I can't figure out what percentage they kept from me, but I was going nuts trying to make sense of it all......... I don't think it's fair to hold back some of the cost (my opinion).

Have you tried taking a picture of the QR code to use whenever you need it?

I think I'm not understanding your question. I take a picture of the QR code for what reason? I think I have to use the scanner in store to check out. Or am I missing something?

Take a picture of that QR code to use at home or wherever later. You would either print it from your phone or use in conjunction with another phone. Or am I misunderstanding that you have to use a unique QR code at the scanner? One that's only good each transaction?

I was in a store today that I haven't been in for a while. I could not get the free shipping to work in the app. I asked a few employees who told me it should work. No luck :/

I've found sometimes if I can't get it to work, I need to do a full uninstall and reinstall of the app to get it to show the FS promo.
