but the difference is there's a QR code step that requires you to have to scan in store to finish checking out. I haven't found a way to bypass that.
Take a picture of that QR code to use at home or wherever later. You would either print it from your phone or use in conjunction with another phone. Or am I misunderstanding that you have to use a unique QR code at the scanner? One that's only good each transaction?[/QUOTE
I just know that it asks if I'm shopping in store now, rather than automatically logging it, but when I go to check out, it says to finish checking out by scanning the QR code in store. I'm hours away from the nearest Kohl's store. It was nice while it lasted, especially on clearance items that I didn't want to pay $8.95 shipping. I could order for instore pickup, but I don't travel out of town to that store but maybe four times a year. Thanks for your input.

The KC wasn't automatically in my account like most Kohl's cash is so I typed the number in and attempted to put it in my wallet. It said it was added but then when I looked it wasn't there. So I tried to add it directly to an order and it said "we're not seeing any kohl's cash balance on the number you entered."
Or it's a ploy to get the email opened with the title "$10 Kohl's Cash gift 🤩 Our NEW home collection is here to help reimagine your space 🏠 ✨"
Either way it's a bunch of BS, and they need to send another email apologizing for the error or better yet just give us the $10 KC gift.

After trying to unsuccessfully add that $10 KC, now the KC that I had previously in my wallet has also disappeared. Super frustrating!!
IT'S GONE!!! UGH!
Edit: Back to Chat I went and the associate was able to put the $5 Rewards back in my account.

You are awesome! I totally deleted that email because it's snowing here and I DON'T need a bathing suit! Ha ha! But that's pretty sneaky that there's no mention of the $10 KC in the subject like the first email.

According to the email I got yesterday, the next MVC free shipping event is 03/21, so then for sure. But maybe there will be another coupon before then without free shipping because that seems like a long time.
