I feel like most stores are following similar return policies these days. If you return something to CVS and have used their coupons, they are deducted when you return with a receipt. It makes for a mess.
I remember the $10/25, the unlimited 30% off and free shipping days! I used to get my kids 2 sets of Carter's 2 pack pjs for about $13 total. Easily did around 7 orders on Memorial Day and Veteran's Day because of those amazing sales!
I also miss the unlimited $10/$25 in years prior. I would place a dozen orders between all the things I wanted for each member of the family. Now, using the $10/$25 is just such a let down. I found a couple items for my child to use the coupon and then just stopped looking. So sad.

I agree. Not only that, but now there's not free shipping for MVC members, and I live 90 miles away from the nearest Kohl's. I used to shop Kohl's exclusively, but it's simply not worth it anymore, even with their sales. 10/25 but then I have to pay $8.95 shipping or spend $49?

Yes, but there used to be free shipping for MVC's during this event and others. It seems like during the best sales, there's no free shipping.
For last 1+ yrs I was not getting paperless or paper statement and somehow there was some outstanding balance on my KCharge which caused recurring interest month over month. Now I have almost twice the actual purchase amount and Kohls charge team is totaly unhelpful and rude. I raised a tkt with them to find why and how my monthly statement were not sent to me which could have alerted me on balance and I could have pay it off.
Just got follow-up call from a lady from Kohls charge team identifying herself as Shelly but she was absolutely rude and was not ready to listen to me, she said it is my responsibility to pay for whatever is shown on my account.. rediculous.....this is insane.
Can someone pls share corporate email id so I can file complaint? TIA

Was there any identity theft involved? Did they put the account with a collection agency? If so, you may have fdcpa violations.
