Anyone not having their MVC shipping code work today? I have two sale items and one clearance item, says "Doesn't work with items in your cart." Never mind, next time I check, just about to give up, the MCV free shipping showed up without clicking on the offer. Their website has been so screwy lately not letting me log in about half the time!

FYI: Return Policy Changes Coming Effective 7/31

Purchases made with Kohl's Card/Kohl's Rewards Visa: returnable within 120 days

Purchases made with any other form of tender: returnable within 90 days

Established return policies for watches, electronics, Sephora remain the same. Beverages (some Kohl's now have drink fridges up front at registers), select Sephora items, and opened breast pumps (Babies R Us) are not returnable.

Anything purchased prior to 7/31 still falls under 180 day return window unless it's one of the categories listed above.

So disappointing that there is nothing I can find to buy that the 40% coupon applies to. My Kohl's spending has dropped probably 90%. Last year for the first time in close to twenty years I didn't hit the $600 and this year I'm not sure I'll hit $100.

Same. I don't even go look for something to buy now in order to use such a great coupon! I still enjoy browsing the clearance clothing and always find some great deals, but I just go when I'm in the mood to do so. Totally different shopping experience there now.

It is because this is a customer appreciation event tiered based on loyalty:
30% off if using Kohl's Card/Visa
20% off if rewards member
15% off if not a cardholder and you refuse to do rewards.
