Purchases made with Kohl's Card/Kohl's Rewards Visa: returnable within 120 days
Purchases made with any other form of tender: returnable within 90 days
Established return policies for watches, electronics, Sephora remain the same. Beverages (some Kohl's now have drink fridges up front at registers), select Sephora items, and opened breast pumps (Babies R Us) are not returnable.
Anything purchased prior to 7/31 still falls under 180 day return window unless it's one of the categories listed above.
Open-ended returns were for anything purchased prior to 9/1/2019.
The older the return the more difficult it can be to return it, even with a receipt. Old SKUs get retired regularly and won't scan in the system.
