Have used the slightly different one from the same company. Excellent products. Company even replaced a hinge that broke after 8 months.

I had kept the box and they were instructions inside the box. I don't remember the exact process but I was not out of pocket for anything

It says 2 piece. I don't know how it's a scam when it tells you what it is you're getting. A chill box and a snack box aka a 2 piece set.

We have this one as well as 2 other types of Bentgo including I think holiday special 3 pack last year. For our 5yr old this one and another one is the right size and compartments. The larger ones from the 3 pack are more suitable for older kids like 8+

I got this from amazon and had to return it back. The compartments are too small and not deep enough. but this lunch box is well built. I believe it has a lifetime warranty...I may be wrong.

I got the Munchkins lunch boxes for snacks and thermos for hot and cold foods instead. I paid a little more, but love it.

Have one of these and the ice pack makes any type of bread get soggy from condensation. It still works without the ice pack which is how we currently use it but what a waste. You also can't put the outer shell in a dishwasher because of the rubber seals or the ice pack.
