    Can. Be had for $200. A lot of time u want open hood. For example, closed hood a steak may only take 6 mins BUT ideally you want 12mins for crust. I find zero use for the "grill" I almost always use the griddle

    These things are awesome. I've had one for about three years now and it's been rock solid. Everything I've grilled on it has came out perfectly every time with no effort. You set the meat type, doneness level, insert the thermometer, and it takes care of the rest. Tells you when to flip, when to remove, and how long to let it rest to finish cooking. We also use ours to air fry and it works great for that too.

    I have an older version of this and use it several times per week. The temp probe is great for meat. The basket and grill plate are easy to clean and dishwasher safe, although cleaning the heating element area can get tough. Ordered this from BBB with a 20 off 80 coupon (email 20% didn't work for me) and will give my old one to my mom.
