Just my personal review but Pixel 7 finger print scanner is still terrible. I'd say it has about 60% accuracy and that's after registering just my thumbs multiple times.
Once again, lots of confusion about the superfan codes.
If you get a code from a Superfan, it DOES NOT give you $100 off your order, but does "stack" with sale prices. When you enter the code, it should say "Know someone who would love a Pixel too? Send them the code below and when they buy a Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, or Pixel 7 Pro, you'll both get $100 to spend on the Google" and show a $0 discount on your current order.
If you're signed in, get that message, and buy a new pixel, you should receive a $100 discount for another order at the google store 3-4 weeks after your new phone ships.
Unfortunately, these $100 credits do not stack with ANY other discount or offer. If you're trying to redeem a previously received credit, you will be paying full price, so there's really no reason to try to use those credits during a sale like this since the discount is already better than the $100 code. You're better off using the $100 codes on something that is normally around $100 like the Pixel Buds A Series, which would just be free.
Still no trade in for Pixel Watch, sadly. Samsung seems to be the only one to ever offer decent watch trade-in deals. Google straight up doesn't even give you the option to trade in. $299 is still way too steep for what the Pixel Watch is imo, especially given the substantially lower MSRP of better watches from competitors (GW5 for example)
Have both and imo Pixel Watch is definitely better on a Pixel Phone. GW5 probably best for other android phones, especially Galaxy.

You're probably right about it being better with a pixel device, but is it $100+ better? And with about 1/3 the battery life? I just personally think it's priced way too high for what it is. Should be $249 normally and $199 on sale, imo.
Galaxy watch with Pixel phone does have weird issues like randomly loading the Samsung account login page, but switching to the Pixel Watch is not worth the huge price premium Google is asking for especially when the hardware itself isn't as good.

Fully agree. I got the GW5 on a trade in for like net $90 and came across a Pixel Watch LTE on OfferUp a month later for like $150. Definitely wouldn't have bought one MSRP.

I have a 7pro with none of those issues. I would suggest that you try a factory reset and make sure you have all of the updates.
It is fully up to date
And no I am not doing a factory reset
It fixes nothing and you have to spend days setting everything up again
Migration was already a nightmare because Googles password manager is garbage and doesn't work about 70% of the time, or doesn't work with over half of app website API's
So I have to go back to my old phone to find the passwords and reset a bunch of passwords because they don't get stored on the old phone either.
And I am not the only one having battery issues ,there are several articles about the piss poor battery on this device as well as reports of heating.
Both phones have these issues because tensor sucks
They had the same issues with tensor 1 and of course it is not improved with tensor 2 and probably even worse.
Tensor TDP is crap.

Hi everyone debating trading My S10 plus. I would get $250 credit . Looking at the 6a. The only I would miss is the Samsung Dex. As I one the tab S7 FE I can do with out. Should I pull the trigger ? TIA
Any thoughts on the Pixel watch? I'm looking for a good smart watch with health features.
Honestly, the biggest thing that's annoying to me with it is that it doesn't do automatic exercise tracking, so you have to turn it on and off whenever you exercise. It also doesn't have any unique smarts in my opinion for their pixel line, outside of maybe the camera thing.
And then there's issues with the operating system. Not a whole lot of apps, for example, it doesn't have WhatsApp.
I'm also not looking forward to seeing what happens when I don't pay for Fitbit and it runs out after 6 months.
My pixel 6 still has EIP of about $200 left at TMobile...if I pay that off, will T-Mobile continue to give me the credits to my account versus the phone? I would want to trade in my 6 for the 7.
