Just my personal review but Pixel 7 finger print scanner is still terrible. I'd say it has about 60% accuracy and that's after registering just my thumbs multiple times.
Once again, lots of confusion about the superfan codes.
If you get a code from a Superfan, it DOES NOT give you $100 off your order, but does "stack" with sale prices. When you enter the code, it should say "Know someone who would love a Pixel too? Send them the code below and when they buy a Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, or Pixel 7 Pro, you'll both get $100 to spend on the Google" and show a $0 discount on your current order.
If you're signed in, get that message, and buy a new pixel, you should receive a $100 discount for another order at the google store 3-4 weeks after your new phone ships.
Unfortunately, these $100 credits do not stack with ANY other discount or offer. If you're trying to redeem a previously received credit, you will be paying full price, so there's really no reason to try to use those credits during a sale like this since the discount is already better than the $100 code. You're better off using the $100 codes on something that is normally around $100 like the Pixel Buds A Series, which would just be free.
You must have gotten a bum set. Got Buds A-Series with P6 and outside a couple odd hiccups early on they have been smooth sailing
Nah, I tried 2 sets. I couldn't one ear bud to work on both sets consistently. And yes, I tried every possibly solution. They would work briefly and then one side would give out.
Trade-in value actually went up fir Pixel 5 ($300 BF deal to $340), however, pixel 7 is at regular price. Wondering if I should go for it the battery has gotten worse lately, and Pixel 5 is not at all a "powerful" phone, like the 7 is. Decision decision.

I got the Pixel 7 and imo it was a pretty large downgrade from my Note 9. The screen is significantly worse. Dark scenes in video are hard to make out unless you turn the brightness way up. Which then drains the battery.
The speakers are also significantly worse. They sound like you're listening through a tin can.
The finger print sensor works less than 1% of the time.
The battery life is about the same as my Note 9 is currently, which is 4 years old and significantly shorter than when new. Not to mention it takes almost 3x as long to charge to get the battery back as my Note 9 does. If I'm doing basic tasks such as using the web browser I can feel it get hot and the battery life is terrible while surfing the web. It does last a while if you aren't using it and don't have the screen on. So if you aren't using it all day, it can make it most of the day.
The bluetooth connectivity is spotty. I had problems getting it to connect in one of my cars. When I Googled it, tons of complaints came up of the phone having issues with the bluetooth working correctly.
This is the first phone that I've ever had that I've wanted to trade in before it was having issues. I'm cheap and I normally keep my phones until they are dying. I'm ready to trade this thing in and get whatever I can. Unfortunately it seems like no one will take it on trade in either.
Less then 1% of the time?
Sir I think you got a defective phone lol
