Good deal. For an extra $20 you can get the E version of this motherboard which has more power and a few more accessories. I bought it for $338 a few months ago and it's now on sale for $300 with the promo code.

I guess if you overclock and overvolt enough you could cook some eggs and bacon on the VRM heatsink.

I have this board and it has an issue withe the ethernet not working. Its a common issue and im still waiting for a driver to fix it, but after researching it looks like the onboard Intel adapter is defective. I would avoid
