No Costco offers an extended warranty itself for a lot of items.
https://concierge.costco.com/app/...id/1001211

"Costco extends the manufacturer's warranty on the following items for up to 2 years from the date of warehouse purchase or date of delivery if the item was purchased online:

Televisions
Projectors
Computers*
Major Appliances†

*Excluding Touchscreen Tablets.
†Refrigerators (above 10 cu. ft.), freezers, ranges, cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, dishwashers, water heaters, washers and dryers."

So I have these plus the Soundcore Liberty 4 and Liberty 3. The Soundcore are cheaper and sound much much better. These 2 also have 1 ear transparency mode. The Apple ones are just better integrated for iPhones by having controls on the control panel. I'm on the fence about returning my apple ones due to sound quality and price ($200).
Nice try. No dice.

Does Costco give 2 years warranty on Airpods? (i do not have costco citi card). I've iPhone bought from Costco, it comes with 1 year warranty and 1 year extra, bundles with Apple Care Plus.

AirPods also have 1 ear transparency mode. I do not see how the soundcore could be better - Apple uses superior drivers. Soundcore ones that you mentioned have terrible treble accuracy, and aren't that great for mids or bass. Not only that, the ANC is leagues better as well, as is the transparency mode. AirPods are also in an entirely different price category. Given this sale price, though, they're only $70 more than the Liberty 4 - I think it's a no brainer to go with the AirPods

Wife is switching to Iphone because of work. I bought the 3rd gen (not pro) from BB ($149) and it's going to be delivered today. For those who have experience with these, is it worth it to pay an extra $50 for pro? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious.. why would you return something like airpods anyhow? Assuming you know them well and gonna keep them?
If it stops working within two years, it is easier to return than claiming warranty.

Not sure about the 3rd Gen. I have a pair of the 2nd gen AirPods and 1st Gen Pro. I use the Pros 99% of the time and hate the days I'm stuck with 2nd gen Pods. I probably would never buy the non-Pro version. They're much more comfortable, stable in my ear, and ANC is a must.
Of course, I know they updated the design with Gen 3. But Gen 2 constantly feels like it's going to fall out of the ear and does not make a tight seal in the ear so you can hear everything around you.

We have two pair of the Soundcore earbuds. They do everything these do (and have tunable EQ), and I spent 25% of the price of these for each pair (on-sale). Can someone please give me some significant facts as to why these Apple ones cost 4 times as much?

Yes, I saw a previous comment making claims about the drivers, the bass, the treble... But there's no data provided.
If you don't want to buy the AirPods, don't.

You want someone to compile data for you to convince yourself to spend more? Or do you want someone to compile data to make yourself feel better about the Soundcore?
