I know $23 is probably good value for this so I must be an edge case but I have a hard time feeling that it's worth it for me. Around $10 I'd probably jump just to give it a shot. Doesn't seem too usable or comfortable imho.

Right. You take it off to charge and on the find my ones, you get an alert you left your wallet. Most end up turning the find my off on these.
