I am confused about the income qualifications. There are 2 tables listed for income qualifications. One is the standard one with $200k gross for joint and then there's one talking about being under 400% of the federal poverty level.

So if I make under $200k joint, I qualify for $2,500? And if I'm also under 400% of the federal poverty level, I can get an extra $2,500 resulting in a total state rebate of $5,000?

hmm. technically this deal isn't even alive yet.

"You may be eligible for a CVRP rebate if you ordered a Tesla Model 3 or Model Y on or after January 12, 2023. To be eligible, the vehicle must be on the CVRP eligible vehicles page within 90 days of first registration. Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements."

and it is not yet on the CVRP page.
