You should buy it.
🤣 IPA economics at its best!! There was demand for companies they reacted to keep up with the extremely rare pandemic event. What's going to happen for CA / Silicon valley is whole another story. We will talk about it in exactly a year s time. There is a very much high possibility of high-paying programming Jobs gone for good. Fun starts after 2024..
Clearly they don't want us to buy these.
BofA 5 yr loan just under 6% = just under $1000/month payment.
$19.75 x 8x5x4 = $3160 - 20% tax = $2528
$2528 - $1000 = $1528 for rent, food, insurance, etc.
Obviously if a hard working teen/young adult can, no reason a person making more can't buy one.
.....
That said, anyone reading "Smart Women Finish Rich" would laugh the Tesla buyers to the grave because there's far more economical alternatives (and even if you don't go with sub-$18k gas cars, there are cheaper ev cars).
E.g. $18k Nissan Versa
Monthly $344 for 5 years
( $1000/month tesla - $344 ) x 12 x 5 = $39360 savings.
And at $4.50/gallon at a minimum 30mpg, that's 262,400 miles of driving that needs to be done before the gasoline eats up the $39360 difference.
....
Even without looking far, a Nissan Leaf sits under $30k and even if you happen to have the 150~ mile round trip commute, you can recharge overnight.

Kind of sounds like you're just parroting me but with clunky English and archaic words like ''high paying programming Jobs'. *There is a very much high possibility* that nobody pays you for your pseudo omniscience.
Sometimes its better to be Clunky than shallow and pretentious.
Then I suggest you pick a lane, your unsolicited flame bait reply is immature & contrived.
Ok Sparky!!.. your 🌰s are better than the human race move on
Another cobol programmer prognostication, exciting! Which mo for your magic eight ball? Ya'll be sure to circle back in dismay & conspiracies when reality sets in. Meanwhile, CA GDP rose another 2.9% YoY. (2.9T). 🤡 🎈

$1528 for food, rental, car insurance, and electricity is a big stretch. It's livable, but a stretch.
Anyway, if you have minimum wage, don't buy things you can't afford.
