Weber grill light. All time low price according to Joe Camels cousin. Good reviews and it's supposed to have auto on/off when you open and close the lid.

Is that cousin Anthony Crispino? Because the more reliable cousin, 3C, says it's been around this price for the past few years until ~September of last year.
2 were included with our s670, I'd hesitate to recommend them. The tilt sensors are accurate about 3/4 the time. The light beam is blocked by the hood so you have to angle it quite a bit. It would be better if you could mount these to the corners of the handle and the leds were angled 45 degrees in.
LEDs aren't as bright as you'd want them, it uses 3 aaa batteries. The casement is plastic which looks and feels cheap when mounted on the stainless, also it feels flimsy when mounting and changing batteries.
I'd say its quality fits right in with webers cost cutting mentality.
I got one of these about a month ago and it was actually better than I was expecting. It fits well on my Weber genesis and adds enough light for my needs but if you needed it brighter you could mount a second one on your handle.
The SD would be getting a head lamp for 1/4 the price and putting the savings toward a few ribeyes.
This might go down as one of the best posts of all time. I was actually thinking damn this doesnt look bad let me see what the army thinks. Read this and lauged out loud and thought what the hell was i thinking
This seems expensive for what it is... Down vote me all you want for saying what most are thinking, but it's a cheapo clip light that's molded to fit on the bar of a grill hood for $30 😂 a few zip ties and $1 flashlight would do the same thing, or a head lamp, porch light, stand alone flash light... All these options are cheap AND with the savings, you could prob get a case of beer and that never disappoints... Go on, do it, downvote me... I'll look for you on the next tampon deal 😂

would be a great idea for someone to 3d print amount that would hold a common/cheap led flashlight. however, the part you wont be able to duplicate is the auto on/off when the lid is opened/closed.
