I have about a tablespoon a day for the ALA, fiber and protein.
Good stuff
2 pounds of Organic chia seeds at $10.44 with S&S.
Don't expect fruit clusters but I like to add to milk and yogurt it has just enough fruit and seeds to mix it up the taste a bit and not add a ton of calories. In for three.
