Xenplus LED bulbs [amazon.com] are on sale for non-Prime members. $42.49 for H11/H9/H8 and $45.99 for 9005/HB3 and there is also 10% off coupon. I had to return Fahren H11/H9/H8 bulbs a couple of days ago, because they could not be twisted properly into my RX 350; I suspect that was due to the shape of three plastic notches, which are rectangular on Fahren bulbs but curved on halogen bulbs and Xenplus LED bulbs.

Any clue how these can be good long term? Every time I tried some highly rated LEDs like these FAHRENs for one of my cars, they fail miserably within a couple of years or less.

I've gotten no-name LED bulbs and they're running fine for more than 6 years now for both high and low beams. May be I got lucky, but if you can get 2 years out of the LEDs without the loss of brightness over time you get with halogens, I'd say it's still a good deal, especially for less than $20/pair. I got mine for around $15 after a coupon if I remember correct.

5000k is the highest color temperature you should ever go in headlights. (4200-4500 is better)

6500k is dangerous and stupid

Had them while it was the same price, slightly improvement from stock light bulbs, not happy and returned. Go with Sealight, the best!
