Sir, this is a Wendy's.
TMo executive board meeting:
"So, there's this Mint Mobile company that's using our network but charging a lot less. What should we do?"
"I dunno, copy their intro promo?"
"I dunno, buy them out with our $$$?"
"How about both?"
"Nice job, Johnson. Time to hit the bar, everybody."
No CC required. I think no address required either...it's very easy sign-up!
New user is new IMEI (device not used on the T-Mobile network).

Be careful with this thing on Android. It'll try to takeover your phone and force it to switch to T-Mobile whether you want it or not... The only way I found to beat it was to go into the emergency dialer and then jump into settings to disable the E-sim
Lmao. I will take " that never fu**ing happened " for $1000 Alex

Lack of roaming kills it. "You can roam domestically. Connect by T-Mobile plans include 100MB of domestic roaming." Trash!
This offer is just free data with T-Mobile for 3 months. You keep service with your existing phone carrier for calls and text messages.

So I have an old Samsung Galaxy S21+ that I used to use on T-mobile's network. I upgraded to an S22+ and this phone has just been sitting in a drawer. I've unlocked it from t-mobile's network and would like to get in on this promotion, if possible. When I try to sign-up in the app it says "Your phone isn't connected to a carrier" and that I need "an existing wireless provider to participate in Network Pass"

Can I sign up for cheap/free texting and data with another pre-paid service and then qualify for this 3-month data promotion?

Do you have old sim from another carrier - try putting that in the phone , might work even if not active

I only have old t-mobile SIM cards, I believe. I'll stick one and see what happens though. Thanks for the idea!

Hello, I'm getting an invalid address error while trying to set up the Network Pass stage. It doesn't accept my address as a valid address. Is there anyone who faced the same issue?

That defeats the purpose. It is supposed to be a sim of another carrier

Yeah, I discovered that when I popped it in. I bought a US Mobile SIM card on Amazon for $0.50. We'll see if that works. Seemed like a cheap experiment for potentially 3 months of free data.

Back when this was first offered in September, I activated it using a canceled visible esim number saying it was Verizon. Unless things change you don't actually need to verify the number of the old service via text or anything so you may just try signing up with some random number that you had in the old days.

FYI physical sim in the phone was mint.

Is it possible to activate a 2nd time in same phone?

I've not tried. Mint is fine with me. I was leaving on an international trip and hoped the test would include international data, but it didn't.

With the added bonus of spam calls and texts. I rarely got them with my actual phone number, and now I get 1-3 texts/calls a day to the T-Mobile number they gave me. 🤮

T-Mobile Tuesdays seems to work with this too
Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't think it'd work and didn't try!

If I try this 3 month trial will I lose the chance to get a new subscriber deal if I want to continue, since I will then already have their service. I have been thinking about getting a sim for a phone I don't use to test the reception, but this would be easier.

Thanks for any information you can provide.
I downloaded it to a XS MAX I no longer use. It worked fine. Even though its not 5G, still blazing fast. The reason I got it was to test the T Mobile-signal, to determine if the â„¢ Home Internet would work. I then ordered the internet, and it's 15 times faster than my DSL. Called ATT yesterday, and cancelled my DSL. DSL $ 75 for 30 mbps. â„¢ $ 55 (without discount), for 350 to 560 mbps.

I'm waiting for the holidays, many months away, to switch my 3 cell phones to â„¢. They had blowout deals last year. In the meantime, I'm paying ATT $ 123 for 3 phones, total of 12 GB. They just went up $ 9 on my Grandfathered cost. They said they'd never go up.

Can they please bring back that $25 a month price locked home internet? One of the best deals I missed.
I missed it also, but don't feel too badly. Any changes to your phone plan wipes it out and you pay the then current price. I'd rather have the $ 55 (without discount), price lock. I just cancelled my ATT DSL yesterday. It just went up to $ 75 for 30 mbps.

Is there anyway I can go through this trial again on the same phone?
