I'm wondering how many people don't realize you have to DWR certain types of rain gear from time to time. I have friends that had no idea that the shells on their high end jackets, weren't old or defective. They just needed an application and dryer bake of DWR.

I'm going to take the risk at $41. If it's not great, Nikwax DWR will for sure help.

I couldn't find its weight but it's a lined raincoat so it's not going to be ultra light like the OR Helium, which doesn't breathe enough for me
