I've been doing this deal for about a decade, since they do it during most holidays. So here's a tip: remove a soda from a box and the cost gets removed. Yet you get to keep the 2nd soda.

Strange I don't see this in my available offers on the app and on the canes site after logging in. And I've had my card for several months now.

Looks like there's a backend issue between the app and the myguestaccount database. Going to raisingcanes.myguestaccount.com and logging in will show the BOGO promo, but the app is having problem connecting to the database.

I was able to see the BOGO in my app briefly, along with my previous orders, but then lost connection again.

I'm in a similar boat. I see the offer when I log into raisingcanes.myguestaccount.com but when I log into the app or try to log via Chrome, it says I have no rewards.

Wasted 30 minutes trying to do this deal already. App won't let me log in even after resetting password. Logging in through the website shows no reward available. Logging into the club website shows the deal, but can't order from there.

Just a fyi if your dining in, some if not most restaurants have audio listening devices in the ceiling.
