Antonline via eBay has this Lenovo 3 i7 for a very good price.
Memory is upgradable on one slot, onboard memory is soldered.
Still, a very good sub-$500 deal on a brand new i7 (11th gen).

In for 1. I just placed an order, I was in need of a daily use laptop. I feel it should be good for daily uses assuming memory can be upgraded, I may try that later. Two things to note, this laptop is without 'Touch' feature and CPU is Intel 11th Series, perhaps i7 with 500GB SSD at $439 seems a trigger to buy.
This is a 250 nits TN panel. Identical configuration but Core i5-1135G7 CPU is available for $70 less from the same seller. https://www.ebay.com/itm/125446298122

BUT…… "Partial return of new and sealed Lenovo Ideapad Gaming Laptop will have the Microsoft 365 Personal Membership price of $69.99 subtracted from the final return price"

People overpay for the Core i7, which is just a brand. The 1165G7 is not significantly faster than a Core i3-1125G4 and slower than a 12th-gen Core i3:
With the all-plastic build, very poor TN display, USB-C only supporting data (not power or display), and lack of creature comforts like backlit keyboard, this is a poor value at the price.
Also, 4GB RAM is soldered and 4GB occupies the SODIMM slot, so to upgrade you end up having to swap out the 4GB module, and you'll never have more than 8GB in dual-channel mode.
