Note: You'll find complaints here about reliability or speed, but this varies by region. Many people have no problems. That's part of the reason they let you try it out cheaply. People also have different needs, so someone with typical bandwidth usage may be fine, and someone with demanding needs may or may not.

The 5G internet plan by itself is $50/mo with a free loaner modem/router and a 15 day free trial. Does anyone know whether just the 5G internet service ever goes on sale, and if so, for how much?
....
So my guess would be unlikely they will have this "onsale" again for a while but who knows.

I have been on this internet for almost a year now. Here are a few things.
1- No data cap is a win. I use a lot of data and that is the main reason I am switching from Cox which has a 1.25 TB data limit to this one has no limit. Faster speed has no sense to me when it only drains my total monthly cap faster. My guess is my video surveillance system is using up all my data, but who knows?
2- Reliability issues exist. I got disconnected 1 or 2 times a month with this service. Sometimes I understand is because of whether, for example, very cloudy or windy outside. The speed test shows my download speed is around 150 MB, but I don't know why I always feel delays when I open web pages. Upload is like 20mb to 30mb.
On the reliability side, I will say landlines are better as I rarely see issues.
Strange enough is I have tmobile phone with an unlimited data plan that connects to the internet with no issue when my home Tmobile is down.
I manually restarted the modem two or three times in the past half-year. But I don't know if that can be done automatically. Maybe yes? comments?
3- price is stable but not great. I pay 50. And it is a shame that other slick-dealer are paying 25.
4- I do not have a bundle even though I have a T-Mobile corp phone line. They asked for biz information for that setup and I don't have that.
