Note: You'll find complaints here about reliability or speed, but this varies by region. Many people have no problems. That's part of the reason they let you try it out cheaply. People also have different needs, so someone with typical bandwidth usage may be fine, and someone with demanding needs may or may not.

(concerts sports etc) this neighbor states that they get no connection
Well duh you are in line with all the 10s of thousands of persons within your proximity attempting to get on the phone
This T-MOBILE internet service is intended mostly for rural area that can't get fiber internet.
2- Reliability issues exist. I got disconnected 1 or 2 times a month with this service. Sometimes I understand is because of weather, for example, very cloudy or windy outside. The speed test shows my download speed is around 150 MB, but I don't know why I always feel delays when I open web pages. Upload is like 20mb to 30mb.
On the reliability side, I will say landlines are better as I rarely see issues.
Strange enough is I have tmobile phone with an unlimited data plan that connects to the internet with no issue when my home Tmobile is down.
My story is exactly the same, i'm far more impressed than I expected. Unless you're full on PC gaming I think this is a great low cost solution especially for rural folks like myself.

TMHI was a Godsend for us country folk with no other wired options.
City folk have tons of wired options.
I was previously paying almost $90/mo for "25 down" point to point wireless (really it was about 7 down at best).
Have had TMHI for over 2 years, not a single down time or even change in speed. While other folks in town are complaining about ATT or cable outages, TMHI keeps chugging along. My speeds are about 300 down and 150 plus up (cat5 to router), or about 100 down and 50 up (wireless to router) or about 60 down and 40 up (wireless to wireless extender).

1- goes down at least a few times a week. sometime it will come back on other time, power cycle is needed
2- Slows down considerably in the evening
3- not good for gaming.
My area is downhill and that's the reason why the signal of Tmbile for wireless and internet are too bad to use.
Luckily, I still have Att fiber to go with and I think I did a right move with reliable signal and wonderful speed for download and updoad .
Always 350Mbs/350Mbs for 300Mbs plan.
