Have had it since release. Don't recommend. Buggy hardware. Doesn't wake from sleep often. Doesn't consistently sleep when lid is closed. Touchpad requires a lot of force to press down. Impossible to press down at the top quarter since it has a hinge design.

I've used this laptop for about 7 months and I haven't had any of these issues. It's been problem-free for me. Probably the best laptop I've ever owned.

It is a Ultra Slim Productivity machine and it is not possible to squeeze more higher end Graphics card than 3050/3050 ti in it. You porobably confused it as a gaming laptop.

I have owned this laptop since last August and I love it. Great thermals, great battery life, super powerful, etc. It checks nearly all the boxes for me. Feel free to ask me anything about it.

Bought this for $818 off an ebay refurb as a windows backup to my Macbook. When comparing it to a Macbook, build quality and touch pad are just okay but in terms of other windows laptops I've used in the past it's damn good. Great specs to price ratio and surprisingly good thermals and fan noise, definitely would recommend.

I have also experienced the failure to wake, failure to sleep issues - it's why I've been planning on returning it before the 90 day window closes. I haven't experienced any issues with the touchpad though...I don't really click it down, I just tap it.

Regardless, this is $200 less than what I paid for it at Costco in early December, so I guess it's time to try for a price match.

I jumped on the same deal as you, couldn't be happier. A big bonus of this laptop is serviceability. I was able to easily upgrade the SSD to a 2TB one and I swapped out the mediocre Metiatek wifi module for this Intel 6E AX210 [ebay.com]. The only downside I've noticed so far (had it for about a month) is that battery life doesn't seem great.

Ended up picking one up for a friend as well. Both arrived in like new condition. They're out of stock at the moment but the last time the seller seem to sporadically add stock so here's the link to the listing [ebay.com] in case anyone's interested (YMMV).

Can one of those who have it comment on Thunderbolt 4? Specs on Costco say no. Just wondering if it has USB 4 ports at all that might have upgrade potential.

Can run overwatch 2 at 1600p no problem on low settings and get 165hz.
