I bought one of these before, first, they would Not work with newer Android phones, 2nd, they don't have a standard app, they just say install the scope app or something like that so they didn't have their own app. Picture quality was super blurry too, there is no way to focus and it wasn't clear enough to see few inches away.
I'm. Hoping this is different and better as I want to check plumbing too like above member.
Edit: just to comment about clarity, I'm pretty confident that 'if' i had a leak, this cam would be clear enough to give me the approximate location of a plumbing leak. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again, and for the price of around $30-35 (I can't recall how much i pad for it a few months ago), its definitely worth the convenience of knowing I didn't nail a 16-18g finish nailer into my lines or even romex
