Google reviews suggest the East Bay Resort is a bit of a mixed bag (nothing to do except lounge on the beach on this particular island, older resort and not as luxe, expensive snorkeling, food and service good but the restaurant closes after 9 PM, not adults-only either).

Additional hotel-specific charges: A 5% resort fee, 10% service fee, and 12% government tax are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. The resort fee covers unlimited access to resort amenities, including kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, and shuttle service to/from South Caicos Airport. Parking is complimentary.
Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults are +$229 per night in the Beachfront Suite, and +$266 per night in the 1 Bedroom Suite. Children 15 years old and younger are $45.10 per night. Maximum occupancy is 4.
All-Inclusive rates include: breakfast, lunch & dinner (buffet style), unlimited drinks (excludes top shelf-brands), ground transfers to the South Caicos airport (XSC), and complimentary use of mountain bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear. Taxes and fees are additional.
