The use case I see for this is purely as an emergency power bank that allows you to charge up devices or power them for a short time. Like in the event of a power outage for any reason or duration, having this in your kit would all but ensure that your phones and other items would remain charged for as long as necessary (thanks to the solar panel). Beyond that, you'll not get too much out of this.
I use it for a lot of little things that would normally take power such as my dremel or soldering iron to places that normally would be an inconvenience like under a car. I've also recharged a 45w low powered laptop with it before without any issues either. There are use case for smaller power stations.

Buy a NOCO.
If you are wanting to get an all-in-one package to experiment with, I would say give this a try.
One panel is 13.4" x 9.9" or slighter larger than a sheet of paper.
Just the solar power station is also available for $89.99.
So, $67 for the solar panel.
The key for people is to add up what their storage needs are, being sure their solution is also capable of meeting max power draw needs. Given how quickly the tech has been coming down in price I'd not worry TOO much about future proofing.
Back to this deal, barring a good amount of research I'd avoid it even if it meets your needs on paper. I'd imagine there's some good deals out there with random Chinese branding, but unless you really know what you're doing and have done your research (and are getting a killer deal) you're better off sticking with known brands.
I work from home, and the power will go out now and then for a few hours. This is perfect for that.
