The coupon only works on regular plates, ie buy one regular plate, get a regular plate free. Both 1 side and 2 entrees.
From Sirmixpix:
FYI, when I went to use my scannable code in restaurant today, here is what happened. I tried ordering a bigger plate and a regular plate, figuring that should work as I was paying full price on the bigger plate, so the bogo plate being a regular (the free one) would be the same thing regardless. It wouldn't work until the cashier rang it as Both regular plates then she just charged me an extra $1.50 for the third entree that would have been on the bigger plate. This allowed the code to work and for me to get the bigger plate I wanted for my part of the order. Total was like $11.30ish. Really good deal and a I'm embarrassed we ate it all lol. Ty again op!

Probably a sign, when I try the scratch off game it has some error that it can't be validated. Maybe all the coupons are gone.

So hypothetically if same options add up to 1000 calorie for a 10$ plate, but add up to 4500 calories for a 35$ meal, then we know there is more food per $ in the family meal.
If it is barely more, say 3700 calories for the 35$ meal, I might as well order more individual plates for more customised and varied food for the same final total.
Hope it helps.
Edit: Costco deal DOES still work, just placed an order successfully.

Love Panda since I work nights and get off at 8 AM and they're open at 9:30 AM for my dinner lol. Everywhere else in my city is 11 AM.
