The only thing that matters is demand of the product vs supply. So far these things have been flying off the shelves and extremely difficult to find at MSR. That makes an MSR offering, like this one, a "good deal".
Of course eventually this will change, but in the current environment it's laughable that a post like this would get so many thumbs down when this product cannot be reliably purchased elsewhere at a lower price.
Folks need to separate whether or not something is worth the price to them personally vs the objective comparison of price to price across similar products at a given moment in time. It doesn't matter if you think a 4090 is not worth $1600. What matters is whether you can get a 4090 less than $1600 right now.
