There is nothing special about these prices. Select any appliance you want out of this huge list and then google the model number. You will find almost all items are being sold for the same price by most other retailers. It's because the manufacturer sets the "on sale" price and manufactures always have "sales" year-round.
All Samsung appliances are duds from fridges and stoves to washer & dryers, they have the highest return rates in the industry. If you want fancy bleeding edge korean products look no further than LG, LG has always been overshadowed by Samsung just cause they dont have as big of a marketing budget, even though they have always made better products. They have better tech, warranty, and reliability. Otherwise Kitchen aid & Bosch are the benchmarks for premium performance.
Any recommendations for electric ranges? We have two burners that don't work on ours so I'm not sure it's worth fixing.
I bought the kitchenaid ksib900ess open box from Best Buy for ~1200. It's great and was like new, only needing some adhesive from some tape someone put on it removed. The thing is awesome, the convection function works great and induction tops are awesome.
Yeah, looks like BB and Costco have similar sales with Costco having free haul away. Are there any brands for electric ranges that you would recommend or not recommend?
Best Buy actually has a few that are cheaper than at Costco…chatted with Costco and they will not price match anything. Slightly disappointing
I'll be moving into a new construction home in September-ish. Is this deal good enough that I should buy stuff now or wait to see what else pops up between now and then? Storage isn't an issue.
Buy appliances from Costco… I'm warning you right now that Home Depot appliance deliveries are nightmares.
This is true. Had a delivery and install of a dishwasher last week from them. They didn't even take the time to properly adjust the feet of the dishwasher, causing the top to scrap the counter and scratch it after opening it twice.

If you don't mind look at local appliance stores open box and fb marketplace. This is considering you have the time. We got a $20K kitchen (GE Cafe platinum glass collection, Electrolux large column fridges) for about $7K just by shopping open box and collecting stuff. The only thing we paid new price was the LG dishwasher since it was a new model.
On a side note we did the same with plumbing stuff. Used Amazon warehouse and saved thousands of dollars on nicer brands for plumbing.
Regarding buying brand new in box, every federal/state holiday there is some really big sale. I was tracking prices and any major holiday prices went down.

You really have to check each model and the reviews, we found the models with controls on the top inside so they hide suck big time, whirlpool and maytag suck, the control panels blew out all the time, our LG was ok for a bit but the seal to the soap area came off, but still worked, samsung is mixed reviews. The best are the ones that are like 1500 to 2000.00 mila and the others that save a ton of water.

I need fr fr help on a dishwasher. Our builder grade frigidaire is awful. I bought a bosch a few years ago for our last house cant remember which one. It was about 1k..
It was just ok tbh. I expected more. All the reviews have bosch on top but idk..
Ps we had then and we still have now, decently hard water. Its not awful awful, but its a little hard id say

When you buy Bosch, buy the 8 series or benchmark . They are all above $1200. And they are fantastic.
