Was doing some shopping recently, and although I did find some charts, none of them on any brand mentioned their actual measured thickness.

This chart is helpful in determining Trojan styles:

More importantly, find a condom that fits YOU.

Start by taking measurements:

Then look at sites for popular condoms based on girth, not length. As long as you're not exceeding the max length, you'll be okay. I've personally found that exceeding the girth range of a condom leads to a really bad experience in pleasure.

And then there's http://Calcsd.info, which is pretty good at giving other suggestions based on measurements.
