Hardware Unboxed got 78 fps at 1080p medium w/ the RTX 2060. The Ryzen 3600 is fine for that tier of GPU so your results should be close enough. Seems like you're fine.
It's certainly a demanding game, but it seems most people complaining about the game's performance expect to run on ultra with full ray tracing or saw a benchmark with every option turned up.
Btw if anyone is wondering if they can run the most demanding games this year, you can download the Forspoken demo on steam. I benchmarked a couple PCs for the hell of it and found that Forspoken runs worse than any game I own by a decent margin. It appears Hogwart's Legacy would get about 50% higher FPS on my PCs, compared to Forspoken.

40-85 fps LOL
Game needs to be optimized so badly.
Maybe it needed a restart to kick in or something.
Just left it on quality since I get above 60 fps on my 3060 Ti, except when it loads scenes / levels.
