The correct term is really "on-chip video" because the GPU is built into the CPU (or in this case, not built in to the CPU). Even if the motherboard has built-in video outputs (and almost every modern board does), it still needs a CPU with on-chip graphics to make them work.
On-chip graphics were so standard for a while that it got taken for granted that every CPU had it. It's no longer the case, with Intel specifying the CPUs that don't have on-chip graphics with the letter "F" at the end of the model number. AMD, until recently, specified Ryzen chips that do have on-chip graphics with the letter G, and called them APUs instead of CPUs.
But note with the 7000 series Ryzen processors, AMD has once again, for convenience sake, included on-chip graphics. But note it is a pretty basic GPU and much less capable than the "Vega" GPU that it used on the "G" Ryzen processors of previous generations, which were marketed as being capable of gaming to some extent.

I imagine that there's a lot of people out there with a spouse or a friend that has no need for MicroCenter and would be happy to use their phone number to help you save $50.
