I used the Elsa seller and 3 of the 4 codes redeemed. The last one said it had already been redeemed previously. I opened a support ticket with Eneba, they replied immediately stating that they had forwarded the issue to the seller, and to allow 3-5 days for resolution. At least I got the one I really wanted, the operator skin Smilie

FYI I bought from the seller "PrimeKeys" and not one of the four keys worked for me. I have never had a problem with anything I've purchased from Eneba in the past so this is a first. I submitted support cases for each one and I am sure I will get a refund (and it was only $1.46 anyway).

I also saw that reddit link someone posted. I signed up for a jacklinks account but the page says they are out of keys for the day. Maybe it's because thye havent opened yet for the day? So I will check that again. No dice so far but I am super happy someone posted this because I have been waiting for these to appear. I just wish it worked!

UPDATE 15 min later: Eneba replaced all my keys (or the seller did? idk how that works). And all 4 worked!

It also appears that jacklinks support page from the reddit link is working now too (for today).

Man I must have gotten lucky, purchased from prime keys and all 4 keys were fine for me. Quite unfortunate for you buddy.

Just to add. I bought 12 keys for myself and two buddies I play with and all the keys I tried worked. I got the skin on my third code. So I may have an extra in a few hours after I make sure my buddies worked.

Any tips to actually seeing the skin show up? I've redeemed 2 codes now (wasn't sure the first time I did that I was logged in to my account) but I'm not seeing it under Reyes?

When you redeem the code on the COD redeem site it will tell you what exactly you unlocked. If you only used two codes, you may have not unlocked the skin yet.

So just an update. Eneba replaced all my keys (or the seller did? idk how that works). And all 4 worked!
