Look for the 400 point bonus challenge on the front home page of the BK app, activate. They make 2 purchases in the app by 2/28 and get awarded 400 Crown Points in addition to your base purchase points.

Points will auto credit after the 2nd purchase.

I already reported it expired but I'm not sure what else I can do to make it grayed out.

If I use crown points to make purchases with the app, instead of paying with credit card, will it counts and satisfied with the challenge?

I used my current Crown points (won from the last promotion) to get a free Whopper and used the Free Fries with any purchase offer on the app to also get free fries, but had to spend at least $.01 to use the coupon, so I got the two cookies for a dollar. That counted as one purchase. Then I used the T-Mobile Tuesday free Whopper code to get another free Whopper this week, and spent the required $3 minimum on a shake to get the second purchase and was awarded 533 crown points for that (100 with the T-Mobile promo, 400 for the two BK purchases, and 33 for the $3 shake.)

Regarding Burger King 400 crowns bonus for making 2 app orders 2/16-2/28. I did all the steps and have 3 purchases. see below. Was informed I did not qualify but can't reach anyone at the BK side to have a direct discussion on this.
