Deal is amazing given it's almost cheaper to buy the group set instead of the cassette by itself. Lol. SRAM is smoking crack for the prices they're charging on their not so astounding 1x tech.

My first bike has gx groupset (love it with wolthtooth chainring), and my second has ethirteen. I am so tempted to get this one for the future build but who knows? I wish I could see the future.
Unless someone says otherwise.

Would This be a good upgrade for a stump jumper that came with sx drivetrain ?
From SX to GX? I think most who've ridden both would say yes. You could go for their higher end stuff (X01 or XX1), but damn those can get expensive. Especially the cassettes.
I think GX is the workhouse group for SRAM, sort of like XT is for Shimano. Works almost as good as the really pricey groups, but weighs a tad more.
In fact, I'd really like to try the GX AXS wireless rear derailleur. I've seen it on sale a few times recently.

My current setup is boost 175 crankset. 5mm seems insignificant.
